To Apply for Section 8 Housing assistance with the Housing Authority of Owensboro you must print and complete the Pre-Application form.

Pre-Applications for Section 8 assistance are accepted anytime at the Housing Authority of Owensboro Administrative office at 2161 East 19th Street.
Housing Authority of Owensboro regular office hours:
Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You will not meet with a staff member when you drop off your pre-application. Once your information has been added to the waiting list you will receive a letter outlining the next steps in the application process.
