Any non-emergency complaints can be reported to the Housing Authority of Owensboro office during normal business hours.

To file a complaint against another resident or guest, in most cases you must submit a written complaint – signed and dated.  Residents do have the option of filing a written complaint anonymously.

The Housing Authority will follow-up on all written complaints to see what type of action may be required.
