With more than 70 years of experience, HAO Properties provides professional property management services throughout the City of Owensboro and has expanded into the development of affordable rental property.

HAO Properties is made up of the Housing Authority of Owensboro (HAO) and the Properties we either own or manage. Our program includes 294 Housing Choice Section 8 vouchers, as well as, the 580 subsidized apartments and 11 affordable housing units either owned or managed.

HAO Properties is staffed with highly qualified individuals to include a maintenance staff that is on-call 24/7 for emergency response.
