Maintenance responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week including all holidays.
Maintenance staff will reply to resident requests for repairs between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
When the office is closed, work orders can be called in to the office number 270-683-5365 but maintenance will only respond to emergency work orders. All non-emergencies will be addressed the next business day.
