Applications are accepted any time at the HAO Properties office at 2161 East 19th Street.
HAO Properties regular office hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
You will not meet with a staff member when you drop off your application. Once your information has been added to the waiting list you will receive a letter outlining the next steps in the application process.
