The Housing Authority of Owensboro is governed by a Board of Commissioners, a group of dedicated citizens and local officials that are appointed by the City of Owensboro in accordance with state housing law.
The Board of Commissioners meets on the fourth Thursday of every month at the Housing Authority of Owensboro office at 2161 East 19th St.
