Applications are accepted any time at the HAO Properties office at 2161 East 19th Street.
HAO Properties regular office hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
You will not meet with a staff member when you drop off your application. Once your information has been added to the waiting list you will receive a letter outlining the next steps in the application process.
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 01, 2026:
Due to the current waiting period for applicants on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) wait list exceeding 24 months and the inability to issue new House Choice Vouchers (HCV) due to limited federal funding, the HAO will no longer accept HCV applications effective February 01, 2026.
